Dropped off fleet vehicle and noted that the vehicle needs to be returned in a specific timeframe. After almost 3 weeks we went to pick up vehicle. Walked into service department and stood around for at least 20mins. Not one service rep even acknowledged that I was waiting. The female service rep is a very rude person. Will never take our fleet vehicles there again. Lost our business!

Used car buyers beware: We had the misfortune of purchasing a vehicle from here in February of 2022. It was a lowe mileage vehicle that was supposed to be a one owner locally purchased and traded. We are now suspecting this was not this was not the case. 2 months after purschasing the vehicle we found out there was no air conditioning. We took the car back to the dealership. The time quoted 2 hours, actual time almost 4 hours. Sitting in their freezing cold customer lounge. Too much time expected to wait on a vehicle with no loaner offered. Could have changed the tires faster at home. No alignment done either. Expected to return another day for them to complete that part of the job. Supposed to be first come first serve but not true. Bought a new traverse, was told I would have lifetime half price oil changes, not true. When I came for my oil change I was told mr. Molle would not honor my half price oil changes anymore. I asked why, because he just decided they were not going to do it. Poor dishonest business. 🙁

This is the worst service department that I have ever experienced at a GM dealership. I took my car in for a oil change and the oil change was not done. The charged me $54 dollars for a service that was not done to the vehicle. When I took the car back they claimed that they did the service when the original oil filter was still on the the car and the oil was very dark in color. Do not go to this dealership they are con artists.

Arleen True, in Customer Service was awesome. She didn't let another customer cut in front of me and she went out of her way to get me into the best loaner car for my situation. She even had the guy back up the loaner car so I could get my belongings out of my car easily. While returning the loaner car, I received the same treatment from Arleen. It was very nice to have a woman to work with and walk me through the process since I hadn't been there before.

Arleen ushered us to our car after service, she wanted to make sure we had a new oil service sticker and that the gauge had been reset, it was discovered the oil had not been changed. She went back inside to get someone to come out to car to take it back in. It was an oversight because of other services being done but if not for her we wouldn't have figured that out until we got home. She was very professional and very sweet.

Terrible! We took our car in for new tires at 40,000 miles. The tire sensors were working fine after installing the tires they said the tire sensor was broken and installed a new one and charged $75 plus labor. While Molle did not have the exact car we wanted, they searched for and found two that were exactly what we wanted at the right price. We selected one of these and are very happy with our selection. Broke a verbal contract and sold the car we agreed to a deal on the day after we agreed to terms. After they lied and broke our contract they tried to sell me a vehicle I did not want.
